Description

Seals for GIR stem composed of 2 single elements PTFE+NBR effect: they are interchangeable with Gaskets for stem I/GR - OMS-MR - OD - 16 - S31 - ZAB - XB - K35 - LOMSC - 55013.
The GIR-GER gaskets have been designed to offer customers new, more valid technological solutions, allowing a greater cost-effectiveness of both the gasket and the workmanship by being mounted in a closed quarry. They are particularly suitable for both single and double-acting hydraulic cylinders for presses, pumps and in particular for earth-moving machines where the consumption of gaskets is considerable as all the types normally on the market wear very frequently, and in those cases where the space is very small and the costs must be very low. They are built in two types called GER series (for sealing on pistons) and GIR series (for sealing on stems) and are composed of two pieces and, more precisely, a ring made of loaded PTFE material that offers a good seal, a very low coefficient of friction, a high resistance to wear and excellent corrosion resistance and a TECNORING special synthetic rubber ring that acts as a pusher of the seal ring.
