Description

Seals for TPS/G Piston composed by 5 elements double effect NBR+POM+TPE: they are interchangeable with Seals for DBM Pistons - DAS - L43 - SIMKO5 - 58 - K03 - KGD - KDSA - KDSB - K18.
The TPS gasket is used, with long-standing success, on single-block pistons of double-acting hydraulic cylinders. For its design it represents an excellent technical and economic solution as it guarantees an excellent seal in the presence of medium and high operating pressures and simplifies the processing of the metal parts. It is available in two versions - TPS/G and TPS/T - that differ both in the profile of the central seal ring and in the composition of the materials. While the TPS/G is composed of 5 elements (a central part in NBR, two thermoplastic support rings and two acetal guide rings), the TPS/T is made up of 3 elements with the central ring of rubber sealing. The particular materials with which they are produced ensure a low friction even under high pressures. They can be made with special material suitable for high temperatures.
